Funny how McCain is running on 'change', when he represents the party that has held the executive branch for 9 years, until two years ago, the entire legislative branch since the mid 1990's and two Supreme Court appointments. So, McCain is saying that his own party did a horrible job. Maybe he could talk about that?
The only issue a Republican can think about is War,. Go back into the History from the 80's of the Republican Party. A good place to start is Ronald Reagon and Bush #1,.
