Bill Clinton actually explained their financial situation a few years ago. Since Bill has, what, two books out, now, and Hillary has one, thanks to President Bush's tax cuts for the wealthy, Bill and Hillary made it to the top income tax bracket, thus they didn't have the same tax rate as your normal, everyday citizen.
Of course, they probably also have investments, Bill's paid speaking appearances, etc.
You don't run for President these days unless you've made millions.
Americans need to wake up. It's all a corporation now.
Probably her checking account. Hillary probably had money in the family or she made a ton of cash from a book she wrote. Often times, or more often than we think, a politician will write a biography or something. Big business people will buy 100,000 copies of the book, rather than give the politician money for political favors. It's a little harder to twck bribes that way.
Didn't you hear her saying the Clintons had between 20-50 million in assets? Apparently it's in the same safe as Bills balls!
