No controlling legal authority bothered to establish that Obama was qualified for the Oval Office. The Secretary of State鈥檚 office (Debra Bowen is in charge in CA) has already admitted it did nothing to determine Senator Obama鈥檚 eligibility.


Obama knows this, he, Obama, knows more, he knows that no private person or organization can charge him with breaking the law; it has to be the GOVERNMENT-the local DA.


BUT FIRST, OBAMA HAS TO BRAK THE LAW! He is not stupid, just the masses, the lynch mob is ignorant. Until Obama lies under oath to any judge or the FBI or to the investigating detective/policemen he can not be charge with breaking the law. He, Obama, and ONLY Obama, must declare under penalty of perjury (no TV speech will do, nor any other person can do it, it must be Obama) that he is a U.S. citizen, if he does that, he still is free, and considered an innocent, because the DA must prove behind a reasonable doubt to a jury, that he, OBAMA committed the perjury. Than, one racially motivated jury, like the O.J鈥?s jury, will set him free. Any questions?

He had to check to make sure they placed a bogus entry in the newspaper microfiche making people think he was there back then. They can't provide an old copy of any of the newspapers with the entry printed in them. He had to ask his grandmother if she was going to reveal the truth about him to the press, and when he was convinced she would she was injected with something to make it look like a natural death.
