According to one of the posts by the general manager of Longniddry Golf Club, the commercial featured the 13th hole at The Glen Golf Club in North Berwick. And was also filmed near Loch Lomond and around the East Coast of Scotland.

Also, here is the link to the Glen Golf Club see if it looks familiar. They have a virtual tour you can look at the 13th hole. It is their signature hole and is called ';The Sea Hole'; Use the pull down menu on the TV screen to look at the Sea Hole.
