Yes there are people who take politics a little too seriously but he isn't in constant campaign mode since he has to lead a country now. People call him a demagogue but the Democrats called Reagan one 20 years ago.

The campaigning is the most comfortable format to tells lies about what you are trying to do.Politicians feel like pigs in slop when they are in this mode of speaking.As for worship , watch out if your close to him ,ask Judas Van Jones.
Obama is forever in campaign mode because he has gotten a taste of what celebrities feel like, and he likes the feeling. He is trying to outdo the Republican celebrity named Ronald Reagan.
