Why are people counting Paul out when he has almost 25 million in campaign donations to spend?

Because he didn't give the money to the right people to make them like him. When politicians go out to get your votes, it's kind of like that movie where the guy robbed gas stations and then gave part of the money to the attendants. Politicians lie, cheat, and steal to get to the point where they are well known. They get big bucks from the unions,(obama), then stash half of it in their back pockets. Unfortunately, Ron Paul will never make it to the white house on honesty, decency, and integrity. Why are people counting Paul out when he has almost 25 million in campaign donations to spend?
Because he's not spending that money on a convincing campaign. Why are people counting Paul out when he has almost 25 million in campaign donations to spend?
Because winning the presidency is done by first getting the party nomination, which is not up for sale. While you need money to win the presidency, it is not required, and so Ron Paul's campaign money really does him very little. It is up to him to use it effectively.
Because dollars aren't votes. And, if they were, he is still coming up short.
because they are scared

every time out he has a better showing than the last

they think that if they keep telling us he has no chance then we will let our hopes and dreams for a better America die and just go support their marxist or facist candidate
Because people are brainwashed by the media into supporting puppet-candidates who don't even come close to Ron Paul in terms of vision and ideation.
Because he is either not spending his war chest or he is and people are seeing through him. He has not received over 10% in a primary yet. he is all but gone. He just is not willing to admit it yet.
Same reason you guys were giving when he had practically no money: money isn't everything.
Because his blimp crashed!
because he's a kook.
He must not be spending it very effectively
