killzone is local or single player online
cod5 does, but only local players (you cant play e.g. 2 local players and online with other players) it has local co-op as well and zombies - one of best multiplayer
resistance fall of man2 allows for online multiplayer and co-op and is often under-rated (although i prefer cod) again you cant play co-op and online
resident evil 5 is at its best with co-op either 2 x local players or online
if i had to pick one it'd probably go for killzone or cod.
